Identifies the creator of the current driver.

PARAMETERS
creator- A four-letter code. On return, this code identifies the creator of the current printer driver; for example, the code 'APPL' identifies Apple Computer as the creator.

The PMGetDriverCreator function replaces the Printing Manager opcode kPrinterDirectOpCode in kPDVerifySelect mode.
